Does anyone know of a good mascara that doesn't smudge under the eyes? - elizabeth arden mascara

I've tried waterproof. I tried Clinique, Estée Lauder, Merle Norman, Elizabeth Arden, Lancôme .. The list is long. But they all seem to stain after a while and I have these black spots before my eyes. Not very much at all! And one might think when you're with friends, said: "Hey, what is in your eyes? Knew a fashion make-up?" I do not know how it is! " LOL No, seriously, one might think, they know me in my place looks like a raccoon! Thank you for your suggestions! :)
